The work of our authorized technicians is backed by our CPR 180 day warranty. The clock for the warranty starts on date on which your cell phone is shipped back to you or picked up by you.  The warranty covers the specific repair(s) that were made by our technicians.

If you experience the identical problem again during the 180 day warranty period, simply return the phone to us and we will fix the problem free of charge.
